Change takes prioritizing what is important - see training at 5 a.m. 95% of the population will disqualify themselves from the change process by deciding that this is much to early to get up, their bed is too warm, and I'm sure a host of other excuses. Change takes energy - see meals in the cooler and in bed by 8:30. What's that? Twilight is on Showtime at 9:30? Decision time! Again, most will opt to stay up late, throw off their circadian rhythm's and spend half of their next day dragging ass and sucking down stimulants. Let's not forget the food either - its not that big of a deal that you don't prepare meals in advance, have them at the ready and have a plan. I'm sure the "happy to be where they are at" folks in your office will share their daily garbage filled breakfast and lunch with you.
After 5 days of this, the weekend will come and you will pine about how you need to start a diet, start training and that "this week is the week!" Hopefully it will be, if your priorities are in the right spot - and remember, actions speak a heck of a lot louder than words.
