Has anyone noticed the training session progressions?
The strength move follows a 3 week wave (65, 75 and 85%). After the 3rd week the movements will be switched. The rest period between strength move and MetCon also follows this type of wave progression (2 min rest, 90 seconds and 60 seconds).
I'm sure the guy in the tank top riding a bike for 90 minutes at LA Fitness will have time to explain the methodology behind this to you....
