Beware of the "Free Lunch" and the people who peddle it. No gold medal winner in any sport has been produced by doing "10 minute workouts" or training twice per week for 30 minutes.
As Rob Macdonald (Head Trainer @ Gym Jones) states perfectly, "There's no replacement for hard work. There's no shortcut. There's no secret. The sooner you accept that fact the better off you will be." Well said.
