Get ready to sweat!  The Sweat Sesh is designed to maximize your strength, conditioning level and metabolism through a series of functional movement patterns performed in a circuit.  Each week provides a new challenge, so you'll gain experience in a myriad of different movements, skill levels and intensities.

Sweat Sesh meets - Wednesdays at 6:00pm or 7:00pm.
