The Zen Sesh is all things restoration. The Zen Sesh is part flexibility, part mobility, part yoga, and part meditation. If you are looking to enhance recovery, lower stress levels, or work on any of the facets of mindfulness (body awareness, intention, deep breathing etc) than the Zen Sesh is for you!


Note: The Zen Sesh IS NOT a physically demanding experience.

​Zen Sesh takes place on Saturday mornings at 11:00am and 12:00pm.

This experience runs for 8 weeks.  There will be NO CLASS on June 19.
